I was hosing down the garage doors last week while Will was running around, chasing a ball, playing with dogs, entertaining himself. Once the water puddles started to form, he decides it would be a good idea to sit in one.
Ok, no big deal It's just water. So I decide to strip his clothes and let him play in the water. I continue my cleaning of the garage doors, look over and see my child sitting in the new mud puddle that has formed.
Deep breath, I tell myself.
It's only a little dirt, mixed with water.. at least I took his clothes off, right?
Little did he know that he'd have to get hosed off with freezing water in order to go back inside! I wish I had more hands so I could have filmed that episode!

Ha ha, I can TOTALLY relate to this... I hate dirt and when kids are dirty, too! But Will is so darling, his curls are just precious. And I've resigned myself to the fact that I have a baby boy, and I can only control keeping him super clean for so long... eventually he'll be wanting to roll around in mud, too! In the meantime, I'll enjoy being able to keep my 8 month old clean! :) Sweet pictures!
Aww, those are great! What a cutie! He is getting so big and I LOOOVE his hair. I think John has a very similar looking golf club set from what I can see!
