In honor of the Laker/Nugget playoff games going on right now, here is a video clip from a Nuggets game we were at last year. After our annual trip to Steamboat, Patrick, Will and I flew to Denver to meet up with my good friend Lindsey and her family to house hunt. We were able to attend a Denver Nuggets game while we were there. Will was only 6 weeks old and quickly became friends with the mascot Rocky.

I still cannot believe her just up and took your baby! That is pretty crazy Erynn! lol and he passed him off and left without him! Crazy!

When I went to get him from Rocky, security wouldn't let me go down there! So I had to wait for Rocky to bring him back. I can't believe he passed him off to a ref either. The 1st ref wouldn't take him, it was hilarious! At the end of the video you see Rocky walking back up to me and that was to get the camera so he could take pictures, then he brought Will back to me! Will was a rockstar! Everyone thought it was Rocky's kid! ha
Awwww! That was a really fun night and an AWESOME trip! I'm so glad we got to do that with you guys!

You were a brave woman to give him up. I guess not a big deal - he got to be spotlighted and I bet he might be one of a million who can say "This happened to me!" For what that's worth. You had good seats!
Island Roys- at first Rocky was just taking pic with Will and his friend Ashley.. Then he took off! I had no idea what he was about to do! I'm surprised the Nuggets allow that actually- for lawsuit purposes! It will be funny for Will to watch one day.
So I guess it wasn't that you were brave but hoodwinked :-) He survived and so did you and Rocky. It is a memory not many people will have for themselves.
