During that time I found I was pg with Reese.
This time last year, we were celebrating my 24th birthday together.
My first birthday we celebrated together was #17! 
He put together a birthday dinner for me at Javier's with some of our good friends.
Earlier that day before dinner we had our 1st' ultrasound to see little Miss Reese.
Married 2 years {almost}, 2 babies {almost}.
Life was good.
This Wednesday I'll celebrate my 1st birthday without him.

Not quite where I pictured my life at 25.
Which made me think of that cliche question,
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
If you'd asked me five years ago...
My life was headed towards my answer to that question...
but it quickly u-turned.
And if someone were to ask me that question today,
I think I'd punch them.
"I'm gonna punch you in the ovary, that's what I'm gonna do. A straight shot. Right to the babymaker" as P would say.

Thinking of you always, but especially this week. You are always heavy on my heart, but I think about you even more when there are "firsts" that you have to experience.
